| The Matteson Historical Congress of America was incorporated in the State of Vermont in 1980. Here is a link to our page
on the Vermont Department of State website. In 1986 the Congress
was granted 501(c)(3) tax exempt status by the Internal Revenue
Service. Our fiscal year runs from July 1st to June 30th.
